Synopsis: In this autobiographical journey, high school student Akiko Hayashi dreams of becoming an artist but finds herself thrust into the demanding world of Kenzou Hidaka, an intimidating art teacher whose relentless methods include constant shouting and a bamboo sword to keep his students focused. Though initially bewildered by her eccentric teacher and classmates, Akiko continues attending his lessons.
