Synopsis: On a seemingly idyllic tropical island, a grieving couple hopes to escape the painful memories of losing their only son. But beneath the peaceful scenery lies a sinister secret. For Kirishima Seiichi, this vacation is no attempt at healing—it’s the perfect opportunity to murder his wife and conceal her body deep within the forest. However, when his carefully laid plan falls apart and his wife escapes, Seiichi pursues her into a dark, isolated cave. What begins as a deadly game of pursuit quickly becomes a nightmare beyond imagination when he discovers that something monstrous lurks within the shadows. Trapped underground and stalked by a savage, flesh-hungry creature, the would-be killer suddenly finds himself fighting for his own survival. But as the darkness closes in, will Seiichi escape the horror lurking within the cave, or will his murderous intentions lead him to a fate far worse than death?
