Synopsis:
“Initial D” follows the story of Takumi Fujiwara, a seemingly ordinary high school student working at his father’s tofu shop. Unknown to most, Takumi has developed extraordinary driving skills from years of delivering tofu along the winding mountain roads of Mt. Akina. His abilities come to light when he begins participating in street races, inadvertently becoming one of the fastest racers in the local underground scene. The series explores his growth as both a driver and individual, facing new challenges on and off the road while encountering fierce rivals and building relationships along the way.
